Permission is given for free private use
You may download from our website www.theheartofawoman.org.au any magazine downloads provided and print them in their entirety for yourself and others as long as you give them away and do not charge for for them. For this purpose free means free. However, you may not bundle this information with anything else that is sold, nor can you charge for shipping, handling or anything else. These magazines are provided for personal encouragement, reflection and enjoyment, so feel free to share with a friend. This release only applies to paper printed distribution and saving files and images to your private hard drive. It does not apply to other media, nor are materials permitted to be stored on the internet, not even "for private use".
Permission for private use can be withdrawn after the fact
Our granting permission for private use is retractable, which means that we can request you delete all files off your computer or cease to use them at our sole discretion and for any reason. Therefore, the fact that we are granting you permission to use our files does not constitute perpetual permission. This is fully in keeping with copyright laws. Generally, such permission is only retracted when we judge that our materials are being misused. We encourage responsible, wholesome use of our magazines.
Placing materials on other websites is prohibited unless permission is granted
Any material on the website www.theheartofthewomen.org.au is prohibited from being displayed on other websites because such actions are a form of publishing that is prohibited by the copyright agreement.
We may host some materials for which we do not hold the copyright
Some materials we host on www.theheartofawoman.org.au may be copyrighted and controlled by others outside our website. For example, individual writers retain copyright of their work, and in come cases the author of a particular article, poem or other contribution remains anonymous. Some pictures of books or other images may be hosted by us without us holding the copyright. As a general rule of conduct, we will give credit where we know who the copyright owner is. For example, a name below or in an image or article, generally indicates the copyright owner. If you prove to us that you are the copyright owner of materials we host, we will gladly remove these materials when properly notified, or give desired credit. Some materials, works, outlines or graphics on www.theheartofawoman.org.au and in our magazines do not contain the author's name. However, these are covered by the same copyright conditions as those that do state the author's name. Sometimes names are left off deliberately due to authors' requests or other reasons.
